1. Using Horizon Client
Horizon Client is free. You may download it from horizonclient.org and use it for personal, non-commercial play. Don’t sell it, re-upload it elsewhere, or distribute modified copies.
2. Minecraft
You need your own legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition and a Microsoft account. Your use of Minecraft is governed by the Minecraft End User License Agreement and Microsoft’s terms, which still apply when you play through Horizon Client. Follow the rules of any server you join.
3. Fair use of our services
Don’t abuse Horizon services: no attacking, overloading, scraping or reverse-engineering our service, no trying to access other people’s accounts or cosmetics, and no using Horizon Client to break laws or other people’s rights. We may limit or block access for anyone who does.
4. Cosmetics
Cosmetics and emotes are created by the Horizon Client / HorizonRealms team and remain our property. You get a personal right to use them inside Horizon Client. They have no monetary value and can’t be traded or sold. We may add, change or remove them at any time.
5. Changes and availability
We may update Horizon Client, change or remove features, or stop offering the app or its services at any time. We’ll try to give notice for big changes on this website or in our Discord.
6. No warranty
Horizon Client is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working well, but we can’t promise it will be error-free or always available. Back up worlds you care about.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising from using Horizon Client or its services.
8. Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft
Horizon Client is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use Horizon Client means you accept the updated terms.
